Catherine guided us through the Old Tel Aviv and Jaffa and with a lot of history and spicy anecdotes shared her vast knowledge of the area. She is a highly professional tour guide and a fun person to be with, and delivered to us an usual and pleasant experience. “ Sandra, I wanted to thank you for our wonderful tour of Jaffa. It was truly insightful. Jaffa is magical in the evening light. As the sun sets over the Mediterranean, it paints the stones gold. It is truly breathtaking. I visit Jaffa frequently when I get to Israel and yet you taught my group so much more than I could ever have expected. It was a wonderful evening. I had a group of about eight people, all from different countries, including the US, Belgium, Spain, the UK, and India, I was very impressed how you kept everyone engaged throughout the tour. Jaffa is one of my favorite places on earth and I really got a better sense of it from your tour. There is so much life in Jaffa, from the strawberry tree and the man selling cookies from his window, to the fishermen and the artists and craftsmen occupying the old city. It was an incredible tour and I thank you so very much for making our corporate event so memorable for the participants. I had my group in Tel Aviv for five days and we had events every evening. At the end of the week, I asked the group about their favorite event. Everyone picked your tour as their favorite. So, thank you very much.“

Dear Catherine
I very much enjoyed my visit to Jerusalem which I found fascinating. This beautiful city steeped in tradition with such wonderful architecture and absolutely “humming” with life and was a wonderful experience. Had a most delightful dinner overlooking the city. All in all a most unforgettable visit. I am now proposing to my Board that we organise a study tour for our members to Tel Aviv and Jerusalem in the spring of 2014 with “Zaatar – Israel Travel Experiences”.
